At the start of a project it is very important to clearly understand the customers requirements. Failure to do this can result in expensive mistakes and inaccurate quotations. From the start of any enquiry our engineers ensure we fully understand the technical and commercial requirements of a project to save you time and ensure we select the right supplier for you.
During this process we would be:
- Obtaining up to date drawings, 2D and 3D where necessary
- Confirming Material Specifications and acceptable Chinese equivalents
- Checking we have all access to all standards referred to in the drawings
- Identifying customer critical features
- Confirming packaging & logistics requirements
